This summer, we are inviting adults, high school and middle school students to make a difference in the lives of children at Mission Hills Church through our Kids Ministry Summer Serve program! Summer is one of the best times to dip a toe in the water and experience what serving in Kids is all about. Our team makes it incredibly easy for you to jump in and get connected with a variety of opportunities that will help impact the next generation and help kids grow in their faith.

WHY SERVE?

Serving in Kids Ministry is an incredible opportunity to shape the future, inspire young hearts, and build connections that last a lifetime. By giving just a few hours of your time this summer, you’ll be making an eternal impact and helping our children discover God’s love in new and exciting ways all while making connections and meeting new people here at Mission Hills.

SERVING DATES:

The Summer Serve opportunities are available between May 31 and August 31, 2025, and we’re seeking serve team members to commit to 4 services during that time but we can also be flexible depending your schedule and availability.

Infant/Toddler

Love working with little ones? We need passionate individuals to care for, teach, and play with kids ages infants – toddlers. Your role will help create a warm, safe, and loving environment where babies and toddlers can begin to learn about God’s love. No experience is necessary—just a heart full of love for the little ones!

Buddy Ministry

Are you looking for a place to serve this summer that is hands-on, interactive, and fun? The Buddy Ministry is looking for people with willing, and sometimes flexible, hearts to be buddies for our students this summer. You will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience, make the Gospel accessible to students with disabilities, and allow families the opportunity to enjoy the church service together while you are loving on their student. Did I mention it is so much fun?" !

Preschool - 1st Grade

Are you excited to help lead kids through fun Bible stories, games, and activities? Join our kids team and help create a fun, engaging, and educational experience for children in Preschool - 1st Grade. Your impact will help them build a strong foundation in faith that can last a lifetime.

Kids Ministry Guest Services

Be the welcoming face that greets families at the door! As a Kids Guest Service Team Member, you'll help create an inviting atmosphere, assist families with check-in, and provide general support to ensure that everyone feels like part of our Mission Hills community. It’s all about making kids and parents feel at home!
